This year no promote = 0 increment (some luckier pple got 1-3%).
Then promote = 1-3% increment
Hear many colleagues KP, promote liao give them 1% increment, gg kenna rank up for nothing.

You must be grossly underpaid when you joined them.. I have an ex colleague who joined with a 20% increment and promoted the same year with another 10% increment. But mainly due to her being underpaid in the previous bank and she is given a junior rank when she joined initially. Probably promoted and adjusted to match her fellow peers. Similarly, a co worker of mine, was not able to get any increment for 2 years.

Hi SCB insiders, I've been offered a place in the International Graduate Programme. May I know which band IGs will be placed at upon completing the programme? I read from earlier posts that 8 is for freshers and 7 is for Associate-equivalents.
Thanks.

Don't worry about which Band. Nobody will know what is your band as it is not mentioned in Organisation Chart or in the Email Contact information
What is displayed is the business title, which is configured by your immediate superior from the Employee system.
For info, there are some with glamourous title like 'Senior Manager xxx' and is Band7 or Band6... Likewise some Band 5 are with 'xxx Analyst' title.

Not sure about the grades but I know my friend got into stan chart as associate software developer and is getting 4800 monthly. Apparently they have 13th month so their annual package is 62400.

Your friend's a contract staff? There's no 13th month afaik. And his base may be higher as no health allowance.

Hi. No he is not a contract staff. Maybe you guys have different offer? I remember him showing me an email sent to all incoming associate developers 2018 saying that there is 13th month, therefore their annual salary is bumped up to 62400. I think they are not giving every staff 13th month actually. I have a senior who is working there as well. His offer is way lower 2 years back and his salary is not even close to 4800. I think there is something screwed up with stan chart. New offers are always better than old offers.
