ihis bonus is better in terms of $ even they offer you the same base. bonus can expect at least 2.5-3 (inclusive corporate bonus) months for average grade.

With the new bonus structure, bonuses should be less than that already?

Oh IHiS, how wonderful it is to see this company becoming a little hesitant about the bonuses this year 2023. It's just amazing how hard we've worked, sacrificing our precious family time, all in the hopes of creating the most highly anticipated moment for employees within a year. And what do you do? You come up with a brilliant idea to squeeze the rewards that employees earned through sleepless nights, just to snatch back those market increments from the oh-so-glorious year of 2022. Brilliant!

I am also at a loss for words. I don't know how to interpret it as anything but a giant middle finger from ihis board and snr mgmt to the staff, especially those who stayed on since pre-covid.
Maybe it's time to look for greener pastures already. All the ra-ra talk at townhall and workplan but pulling this type of stunt when it comes to things that really make a difference to staff morale.
