Currently in stat board. Applied and was offered a post in ministry was told I willnbe placed on yearly renewal contract though I'm perm staff in stat board. Whether renewed anot will be based on performance performance. I still qualified for year end and mid bonus but PB will only be aftee I complete the 1 year contract. Monthly pay wise was cut few hundred difference in gross cos current gross in stat board gross is fold in. Leave entitlement is different too. Seems like alot of terms is different when go from stat to ministry even under movement policy.

(this is just based on personal observation)
I'm offered 3years contract and 6month probation. Is that normal.

hi all, HR emailed to say they will get back to me these 1-2 weeks, we had been discussing pay range over a call last week. Is it a good chance that I'll get the job or is there a possibility that they may rescind the offer? this is my first civil service application and I appreciate the advice!
