Hi guys. Anybody has any idea. After my interview, Medical and submitting extra documents. How long customs typically get back with either success or rejected result?
Been around 3 weeks since the medical. No update yet. I applying for customs junior officer role.

Think you can ask them to give you that option.

Yup doable, means you gotta take a break in service e.g. 1 day before commencing. You’ll forgo your years of service as well.

Ex-Customs officer here. I would advice you to reconsider Customs, esp as a JO (jnr officer). The org can be pretty elitist and draw the line quite clearly between snr officer n JOs. Quite unlikely for u to advance to become snr officer, even with a degree (I hv seen a few officers try and fail).
