Monthly. Annual is 10 to 15% cut depending on performance. Been 1.5 weeks, she had initially said she will revert with the week. So I'm guessing they moved on but don't bother to close the loop

Yes but not in remuneration.
Think this way, which grp will accept paycut? Fresh graduate? those in early career? Unlikely.
Usually is those in mid career. They want job stability. They dont have to be out of job if fail to hit monthly target. These grp will accept pay cut.

Back to your original qns. If you in this group or really like the job, then take it.
Call HR can inform you decide to accept. If you have various options on the ground, you can take the risk.
They may agree yo your demand or may move on to other candidates, no guarantee.

Thats really a lot. For mine, its -5% monthly, annual may be +10% because of bonuses but of course bonus not guaranteed. Have you considered sending another msg to her?

Wondering if anyone has some approximate timeline to share from recent experiences of interview with CS/SB? Glad to see a few sharing their timeline and hope to see more if there is any! Thank you!

I see, if it's annual increase can take! After all total package is usually dependent on performance in one way or the other.

I am still thinking if I should drop her a message to check status, just that will feel put off if she ignores it. And looking at other replies it's like no chance of success.

For interviews, i have gone for a few and each time I'm contacted within 2 weeks of application if shortlisted. So beyond that I know no chance.

Then after interview, will be contacted after one week if successful. I have not accepted the offer so I don't know the timeline after that. My personal guidance is if no reply 3 weeks after interview, it's not successful. And good to continue applying jobs to keep your mind off the anxiety.

Timeline for being shortlisted for interview can vary. Myself have been shortlisted for few min/ SB, some as quick as 2 weeks, longest was like 1.5 months.

Same goes with interview. Some places will reach out to you to express their interest within days, others go on radio silence for months. Just check in every 2-3 weeks with HR - if they mention that your application is still being processed, just let the process play out. It may take up to 7-8 weeks for a verbal offer even.
