This I’m not sure. But I’m not a FCH. But I do have multiple years of working experience as a diploma holder. Then I proceeded to take on a part time degree with honours.

Thus the job which I managed to get requires some amount of relevant experience. And I was offer based on working experience and degree honours.

Ultimately, the timing of your application matters too, it’s better to apply the newer postings rather than those which are expiring. From what I observed so far, the recruiter is actively processing the applications. Thus, if there is no email or call one month after application, I suggest you move on. Lastly, the ministry or SB you are applying m, if it is a sought after one, then it will again be a factor. I personally applied on many SB and ministry. Those who gotten back to me is, MOM, LTA, HTX, Enterprise SG.

No, mine not LTA.
I interviewed for HTX. No news no update since second interview three weeks ago.

I did have HTX interviews too. After the second interview, I was told to wait 1-2 weeks. At the end of 2nd week, the HR emailed me on the outcome.

Perhaps you can do a follow up with the HR? The one who sent you the invite or the one who was in the second interview?

just send as many as possible which are suitable or in line with your career aspirations.
if rejected just so be it. move on to the next one.

Thanks! HTX did not offer me. However, if both were to offer, I am leaning towards LTA because that is the SB that I have always wanted to join because its is more towards serving the people.
