Whatever they offer, just take. PGS, PGA, both will increase your cep. If you turn it down, you cannot be certain whether you can still get a scholarship down the road.

Hi I'm wondering if I take on 3/5 load or lesser load, will my promotion be longer?
Not sure what to "bargain" if I take on lesser workload. Anyone here is taking lesser would kindly share what I can ask to reduce?
And do you feel taking lesser load is about the same as full load and not worth it?

You can choose to be offloaded from some committees, cca and/or teaching classes. Think carefully which is the most time consuming and choose to have that removed from your plate and it will be more worth it

Is "CEP" is used for non-scholars during ranking? Heard it's being scrapped?

CEP is not used during ranking, i.e. it is not used to determine your performance grade for the work year.

Don't.
There is no such thing as reduced workload. Reduced pay, but workload is still going to be the same. Don't fall for it.

Not used during ranking, but it determines the pace of your promotion.
And to promote, you need to meet some criteria on performance grades. So it is still somewhat indirectly linked.
