Just to add on to the seniors who are sharing their experiences...you don't have to think much about it.
1. You are not the person who directly printed the papers right? I'm guessing you're just the setter.
2. After discovering missing pg, I'm sure the issue can be resolved (either by you or HOD) just be printing that missing page, and then redistributing it to all the students before the exam ends (exam durations are longer than WAs, more time to rectify).
If the above 2 are somewhat true for your case, there isn't much of a mistake. Usually seen more as an admin lapse or glitch. It could even just be the printer's feeding error that caused it.
If you want my honest opinion? I would rather work with younger GEO3s who are willing to learn while still making mistakes, than some dinosaur GEO5 who doesn't care about anything because he or she has hit the salary ceiling.
So please stay on and keep doing what you're good at

You also can't apply for things with this grade.

When does MOE teachers get their yearly increment? I don’t mean the performance bonus. Also, can anybody share what are the types of bonuses MOE teachers are eligible for? Thanks!

Teaching overseas
Male Ex- Moe Teacher of 11 years/always a C grader/got a D in 2017 after getting stuck in GEO4 for 7 years and decided to call it quits.
Full respect for all the EOs who are still surviving. I have been reading from page 500+ and thought that I should put in my 5 cents.
I am one of the few who braved all the odds and I'm teaching in a private school in New Zealand currently. NIE teachers are very well-sought-after in OZ and NZ(STEM teachers). I was offered both a state school in OZ and a private school in NZ.
Before I decided to work overseas, I weighed a lot of the pros and cons. I do not want to give up on teaching (hate all the politics and backstabbing), so for sanity, I decided to jump at the opportunity. OZNZ is not greener than most believed and it's a daunting task to start in a new country, getting all the documents, IELTS and visas done without any relatives to help.
Other than subtle racism, a very slow-paced life, high taxes and youth crimes, all is good here. So, teachers who are feeling hopeless, you can consider teaching overseas if you do not have any commitments back in SG.

Typo or wrong phrasing is one thing. Missing an entire page is something else leh. Especially for EOY exams

Usually, will get nagged but it really wouldn’t affect your perf grade if you have always been a good performer.

How many years of experience is needed before an office has to stop worrying about having to say politically correct things all the time? In my workplace, newbies are expected be yes men and never air grievances. The moment we do, we are called out for it. But people with experience can speak their mind.
Case in point, students dont do well for exams. Experienced teachers will whine and blame it on the students for being useless/lazy etc. but newbies are supposed to reflect on their teaching methods.
