Completed written test and 2nd round of interview about 2-3 weeks ago, was notified today to submit security clearance but have yet to receive any verbal offer...... would this mean that they are planning to offer me if I pass g50? Thanks!!

After attending security vetting session, does it mean pass clearance? And normally how long does it take for HR to send the offer details following the session?

Should be. U can check with HR/Hiring manager if offer is subjected to clearing the security clearance.
