MINDEF DXO (All FAQ on it)

I heard that the DXO grade progression is not as clear cut as DX9 going to DX10, and there are smaller differentiations in between? Anyone able to elaborate clearly?

Hi, just wanna check. Heard from alot of people. Mindef job only hire local degree holder only? If you have oversea degree, they wont even entertain you?

mindef should have a list of universities that they recognize. should be based on reputation or ranking. overseas degrees also depends. if from ivy league, why not. but if from some taiwan or random china degree, then I dont think will entertain.

Yup but HR if the middle man to do all the coordinator and updates between the respective parties (candidate, unit etc) so after clear it will have a process for the next steps.

hi, whats salary like from DX13-16? does SLTC to COL fall under this range should they be transferred by the govt when they retire? thanks

DX13 is like still a MAJ
DX14-15 is like LTC
DX16 then is COL

if go by ceiling, DX13 should be 11k-12k max.
beyond that, I would probably add 1 to 2k to the ceiling for each rank.
