1 week since my unit preview, starting to get worried :/
I thought it went really well, but guess I wasn't the first choice candidate or the hiring manager didn't think it went so well

Don’t worry — depending on the units they may take longer to respond. Were there other candidates at the preview?

First choice usually gets the call on the day itself or the next day

Nope, at least not on the same time as me. They could have been arranged for other dates though.
