did you fill out anything previously? Maybe you can check with your supervisor on what the next steps are?

Will HR offer two people at one go? Just in case person A fails medical/security at least they don't waste time? Since medical/security clearance takes about 4 weeks or more.

seems like alot people waiting on response from HR/hiring manager. Is this the peak period for mindef hiring so response is abit slower?

Are you sure it's the peak period now? I would think that the peak period is in Q1/2 of each CY, as it's the last semester for undergraduates.

if the HR says that official offer can only be made after clearance, higher management approval etc, does that mean the chances of getting hired is low? esp when thrs no verbal offer
