Went for interview last Friday (11/10/13). No reply as to offered or rejected. Good or bad?

Anyway care to share roughly how long hr will reply you from the date of your application?

Anything from a few days to a week. I applied on Friday and received an email notification for the psychometric test the following Tuesday. They are efficient.

If you are talking about the psychometric test then they are very efficient. I remember I applied on a Wed night and receive an invitation for the test on Thur morning.
As for the first interview, it was roughly a week after the test.

Well, I have applied for more than a week ago and till now they have yet to rely. I wonder how come my application is a lot slower than you guys. Anyway I have emailed them and their reply was that their processing time is 2 weeks from application date.

Hi, It really depends on the position that you are applying / how urgent they need you / whether the interviewers are available to travel down for the panel interview. The HR dept called me up ~1 week after the psychometric test. I believe the average is 2 weeks as mentioned by the staff during the psychometric test. Anything more than that is also possible, all depending on the position that you have applied.

I just went to sign the contract today. The whole process took 3 months. After Psychometric test, they took 5 weeks to call me for 2nd interview (panel interview). During the panel interview, they apologised for the wait as they needed more candidates to apply for the position before they carry on with the interview. The next morning at 9am, I received a call saying I was shortlisted and that I will be required to go for a site visit, which was arranged on next Friday. During site visit, they informed me that they are keen on hiring and if I'm okay, they will send my details to HQ for clearance. I didn't confirm on the spot as I was also considering another position with a bank. But that afternoon, after the site visit and discussing with my bf, I gave them the confirmation. One week later (last monday 21 Oct), they contacted me to go down for a medical check at depot road and today, I went to sign the contract. (^.^)y
