Mine has two. HR and boss. My friend had 5 because 3 units liked her profile. Fewer is better. she was seriously stressed, had to quickly decide where she wanted to work, her preferred job scope and focus on scoring for that. In the end none took her. I think she messed up trying to cover all bases and didn't advertise her profile in the best light.

Wow, I didnt have such "service" hahaha! Was only told that they couldn't match my expected but I was still keen on the position. Just wanted to make sure it was the best they can offer me as I have work experience but yet still quoted a somewhat fresh grad range.

I am the same person. I don't understand the term service being used here. Have I given you some wrong ideas?
Yes I also did comment to them that fresh grads take the same salary and I was 'assured' that their calculation goes through levels of approval. I think indirectly she's saying, FCH of coz takes more la... In my heart, my experience counts for nothing is it... I bring a solid track record to the company leh.. Can study don't mean can work leh.. In my heart...
Anyway, work 1 or 2 years, economy will have improved by then, later jump ship lor. Only way to be rich is to jump ship. Increment is pathetic. If 2 years time got promotion then I stay. Old already cannot waste time praying for empty promises.

If by calling sir and offer a salute once a day gets a good appraisal, I will do it. Isn't it the same as offering a firm handshake and smile to everyone important you meet. When in Rome do what the Romans do.
However I assure you it's closer to a normal workplace than national service or reservist.

HI, fresh grad here, quite inexperienced in salary matters. So, HR has made a verbal offer of 3k. So my total package based on annual, I can just multiply by 15.8? So my annual package is 47k? I know that to compare properly with other private companies must see the annual package.
Thank you!

Hello buddy i checked my SB old payslip as your question piqued my curiosity. I got a C grade. So for me, the 'Gross salary' stated on my contract ( 'basic' + 'MVC') was indeed multiplied by 15.8 months to arrive very close to the value of my 'year till date' total input before Cpf
In another thread, someone highlighted, MOM states that Gross salary includes annual bonus / 12... Don't seem to be true for public service unless annual bonus refers to MVC.
Learn something new everyday.
Hopefully a DXO may confirm for you.
