Yes I also did comment to them that fresh grads take the same salary and I was 'assured' that their calculation goes through levels of approval. Anyway, work 1 or 2 years, economy will have improved by then, later jump ship lor. Only way to be rich is to jump ship. Increment is pathetic. If 2 years time got promotion then I stay. Old already cannot waste time praying for empty promises.
