Hello buddy i checked my SB old payslip as your question piqued my curiosity. I got a C grade. So for me, the 'Gross salary' stated on my contract ( 'basic' + 'MVC') was indeed multiplied by 15.8 months to arrive very close to the value of my 'year till date' total input before

In another thread, someone highlighted,
MOM states that Gross salary includes annual bonus / 12... Don't seem to be true for public service unless annual bonus refers to MVC.
Learn something new everyday.
Hopefully a DXO may confirm for you.
