So currently im employed in SME with ard tt range which you have said.

However, I wasnt sure if its a good choice, after considering its overall welfare and environment.

Will it be an ideal choice to leave after working for 3 months?

Timing wise you can always fake your way out by ommitting your current employment altogether, but the most important thing is you need to elaborate what you mean by "overall welfare and environment" being no good.

A lot of times freshies leave because of wrong expectations of HR from the start and jump ship only to realise it's the same set of problems yet again.

Unhappy HR

I dont quite understand.

So meaning, I will have to wipe out my current 3 months employed experience?

However, isnt it such a waste to just erase these 3 months experience from my resume?

Do kindly advise in details.

thanks.

What's there to waste for 3 months in an entry level admin position?

There is no way you can talk your way out why you are running within 3 months. It is much better to start with a clean sheet then come out with the usual lame excuses for hopping.

Most important thing you have not answered is why are you hopping? Can you elaborate the reason? Otherwise it's just out of the pan into the fire.

The main reason is for a better welfare as compared to other companies' welfare, it can be said to be one of the worst.

Seriously... why did you join the company in the first place if you don't like the welfare?

Anyway I can't see what big difference welfare can make, maybe a few more days leave, better medical claims, some company insurance etc. First time I heard a fresh grade quit in such a short time because of 'welfare'

If I am interviewing any candidate come & tell me this kind of lame excuse, it's straight into the rubbish bin for me.

I would also recommend if there's nothing good to say about your previous employment, just forget about it all together.

Sorry I'm not really sure about your background but is that a proper job upon graduation or more of a holiday job?

If it is a proper job after graduation, I strongly recommend erasing it and pretend it doesn't exist because quitting 3 months into your first job after graduation doesn't exactly jive well with majority of the people. If it is a holiday job, I guess it's still salvageable though honestly it wouldn't have that much of an impact either way unless it's directly relevant to the next job you're applying for.
