Anyway recoverability rate in B4 is usually around 30%-40% but it's higher in small firms. Go figure. Or just grab a desk at the internal support team floors and you'll see why.
F that 30% recovery. Wan good recovery get better candidates and not those weird uni grads who dunno how to manage project and team. Recovery so bad becos ppl competency is weak. 1 week job takes 2 months. Recover my fajcbdk

The oldest associate I have met was 31 years old.

Went commercial some years then join as A1

People in 50s can’t deal with the hours the associate can

It's a red flag when a company cannot retain old people. It means there is zero WLB, high pressure, poor culture, at a pay that is not worth it.

Anyone here is very smart and find yourself difficult to work with people who are not as smart and intelligent as you?

e.g. u find yourself you are much intelligent and smarter than clients, colleagues, audit seniors, audit managers, senior managers and partners.

Anyone here challenge your audit partners to take CA exam in June 2024? Haha
