Per my seniors it was auto too but we are not from KPMG, maybe it is different there

managers will scold you infront of your juniors
bond locks u in so they know u cant leave and just scold you
these very managers have become partners now

they wont let u leave on last day after serving notice as well

How difficult is it to find an exit for auditors these days? Seems like nearly all the resgnees I heard left without a job

Staff don’t participate so they don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes.

Manager here, can confirm every grade is discussed and assessed at performance review.

We really do book meeting room and spend 4 hours discussing each of you.
