Now a lot non local. Other wave coming in 1 or 2 mths i guess. Nobody or no local to be specific interested in audit now, imo. If you willing to grind 16hrs etc per day then join ba. If not i suggest you look somewhere else. I believe your interview they also ask you whether you can deal with pressure and long working hours. This is how b4 quality has deteriorate over the years. Such meaningless qns were put on the table during interview.
Work wise, with 5 to 6 years experience,
I dont think there is quality in the audit now. Lack of staff lack of time, quality gg.
