Why got this social hierachy one? Big 4 now even hire private uni grads but still ask local uni grads to downgrade rank

KPMG obviously. Go for the one that offer higher pay la. all same same one. Pretty sure KP offer will be higher than DT. Read some comments here, DT like lowest now

Obviously ur local uni degree is useless, at least in audit context. Last time still ok. Now local go take accountancy degree is like self pwning. Thanks to sqp.

DT and KP both offering 3.8. But Ill see if I can bargain till at least 4K.

Which one should I take? In terms of workload? Which is better for tax?

Appreciate any advice!

Tax ppl always go yellow 1. Workload same everywhere. Sux u dry.

In addition to current adjustment, your hourly rate will be adjusted.
If fee to client not going up, then you know who is gg down.
We work on hourly charge, dont think you are cheap even if you are not managerial lvl yet.

Culture and ppl u work with more impt.

Yellow has worst culture.

A friend in yellow says the partner will think you are slacking off if you are not working after 8/9pm. And that is during off peak.

DT seems like a better option. Heard KPMG is also demanding for hours.
