Is the ppl who complain here the minority? How come when I go back office talk to my seniors and managers they are always happy to talk about work and hobbies? Fresh grad here!

Those who stayed in big4 are happy. It is those who are not staying or have left.
When you reach the later stage, you will start to realise many things that are normal in big4 are not normal.
