It is easier to find out internally rather than through here. There should be a cut off for bonus or increment. I.e if the increment date is july and you only joined in April you might missed the cut off.
If you are referring to other competitors pay, those are market adjustments and it might not be applicable to black. Only your big bosses will know. I would believe it is an across the board adjustment, including for staff on probation.
