I am old bird.

Most of the SMs should be under ISAC PAC as well.

Is KPMG requesting them to retake the SCAQ?

Hitting the books again for 20% seems worthwhile.

SA: 4,400
SA: 5,500 (after CA 20% increment)
AM: 6,500
M1: 7,600
M2: 8,200
M3: 8,800
SM1: 10,000
SM2: 10,800
SM3: 11,500
Not accurate, kpmg havent revise salary for senior and associate. A1 still 3k unless you are differentiated by first or second class honour. A2 3.4k. Senior 4.2k.

Fresh grad or just kaypoh? A good grade might be 0.5-1mth of bonus different from an average grade.

Monetary, it matters little. But for those who took high level of pride in their work, they won't feel happy if they get an average rating

Just curious are the time frames between each rank a year? I.e. Moving into the next rank every year?

I see. I've heard about the crazy hours in big4. Despite the lack of work life balance, am I then right to say that those who can make it through the years will all reach 7k by year 5 and 10k by year 8?

SA should have been split to SA1 and SA2. I think the poster forgot to add the number. So your comment is correct for year 6* and year 9*

Difference between SM3 and SA pay so big but some SM3 just throw everything to SA. senior should just ask SM3 to tank since they are paid so much

Problem is how many can make it through!

Less than half can last 5 years.
