I usually suck up to my juniors in case so they will work hard enough and prevent GA **** to flow upwards. Suck up to SM for what? Promotions are guaranteed anyway, and there is a lack of competent seniors.

What is so toxic about this? It is the same everywhere. You need to get more exposure. Big 4 is the place where office politics is the least cause most are innocent sheeps who are too busy to care. Wait till you get to commercial and face those middle age people who are too free with nothing to do. That is when they start to scheme and play politics.

Associate (~1.5 month bonus), SA (~2 month), AM (~2.5 month), M (~3 month), SM (~4 month)

Base salaries below
A1: 3,200
A2: 3,500
SA: 4,400
SA: 5,500 (after CA 20% increment)
AM: 6,500
M1: 7,600
M2: 8,200
M3: 8,800
SM1: 10,000
SM2: 10,800
SM3: 11,500

No. And ISCA PAC does not exist for the newer accounting professional?

This seems rather accurate with reference to mycareersfuture and Glassdoor (after 20% increment).
