Hoping to encourage attrition so that competition is lesser

After all, 1 more quitter means 1 less person to compete for the spot

You need to be really ambitious and have a huge amount of confidence in yourself to be gunning for the top. High but not inflated self esteem.

Touch your heart… do you really believe you are so special, that you are the one.

Your whole life did you ever become first or top in cohort before?

Become once also not enough, it has to be consistent.

LOL. If you were top of cohort at any point before starting your working life, you literally wouldn't be in Big 4 leh. You would be in IB or consulting or smth similar.

Big 4 is third place playoff amongst the runner ups where the winner is decided solely by who can last the longest.

Of cos la those alpha males with leadership capabilities will get filtered out by the time they graduate into IB/Consulting. Most guys who join b4 are the beta males who have no ambition for partnership

Also, in Big 4, once you reach partner your compensation is also tied to profit sharing. This undoubtedly make you earn way more than your majority of the peers who left. This is why 90% of people remained poor because of the life choices they make according to Andrew Tate. Fresh grass who called out Big 4 paying low salaries lack basic foresight and long term thinking (and not so smart workers)
