You need to be really ambitious and have a huge amount of confidence in yourself to be gunning for the top. High but not inflated self esteem.
Touch your heart… do you really believe you are so special, that you are the one.
Your whole life did you ever become first or top in cohort before?
Become once also not enough, it has to be consistent.

LOL. If you were top of cohort at any point before starting your working life, you literally wouldn't be in Big 4 leh. You would be in IB or consulting or smth similar.
Big 4 is third place playoff amongst the runner ups where the winner is decided solely by who can last the longest.
