Regarding promotion, is it always in Jul? I noticed some start work in Sep while some start later in the year. Are the increments affected much this year?

i think one big aspect is really the project. if it cannot pay for ur promotion, u will not get it.

Yeah is really the project . And depends on the partner.
Hopefully we get a bigger bonus pool this year
