Who knows… maybe they know something you don’t, or maybe they are just over confident.

But it’s true that at SM your chances of making Partner is magnitudes higher than a fresh first year associate.

A partnership is like a group of people coming together to do business so surely it can’t hurt if the other partners like you.

Is anyone working in SEA as Finance Analyst? How would SEA compare to big 4 in terms of pay, long term career progressio, yearly increment, and working hours?
