JHK spotted.
Hire jhk = cheap labour = save money in short run = low audit quality = partner head kena chop if issue wrong opinion = lose money in long run

We don't need you to steal our rice bowl. gtfo

Always depends on whether the person giving performance review is an ass. Not an issue if you're leaving in under 1 year though

In 2 years time when I become the senior giving the performance review, I promise I will respect the boundaries of my staff.

Good luck. The blame will fall on you then and your own performance review will suffer. It's a partner problem and not a senior problem tbh.

As seniors they are earning higher salaries and are in positions of power over us. They should take the blame for us.

I will do that when I’m the senior.

In the first place, there's nothing to be proud of if you're a Singaporean taking orders from a Malaysian manager. Only shame.

I'd be proud of you if you actually left Big4.
