Anyone went for interview for Manager (T-Net Club) in PA? Sorry to post here as there are no other threads for other positions in PA.

Anyone went for interview for Constituency Manager lately? It's weird that there's not much discussion on jobs in People's Association compared to other stat boards.

For my case, yes. Letter of rejection did send to my house by mail.

May I know which position did u apply for? How long after ur interview then u receive the rejection letter?
Wah they even sent a formal letter ah. I thought they would probably just send an email.

constituency manager. Yup PA is good as in sending letter of rejection. At least nv waste ppl time waiting for result. I received 1 to 2 weeks later

May I know when did u go for CM interview? I went for CM interview 4 to 5 yrs back, got rejected but didn't receive any letter of rejection.

the whole PA career ladder thing is messed up. fresh grads with diploma & above are managers and you have all sorts of directors who are below 30. worse thing is RC & CC run their own thing and not even the same as PA

Only 3 kinds of people join PA:
1) Love community/grassroot work
2) Want to know politicians to open doors in the future
3) Despearte unemployed
None of this kind care about long term career progression in PA, most are #3 anway.
