I played dota 10k hours! Hit 6k MMR!

It shows I have good teamwork, I can manage my lane and also communicate with my teammates. I also have good muscle dexterity in casting my skills and using items against enemy opponents.

Such qualities, very useful for work!

I’ve read about this.. rich parents don’t want their kids to grow up as a spoilt brat and just inherit everything. They want the kids to go out there see the world earn some experience. If you parachute them into family business, no one will the ground will respect them as much as if they have an impressive CV to show for it.

But for the kid, if they have been enjoying sheltered life all this time, not easy to suddenly get tossed out into the world also.

Esports role, etc all requires gaming organizations to notice you first. it's not something you just apply online willy nilly and say "oh I'm GM in xxx game, rank 500th in Singapore, can I join?"
