Manager with < 3 years of experience?
Does anyone know what is the pay structure that I'll get?
Has anyone been in this organisation before, were they the previous WDA (Workforce Development Agency)? I am particularly interested in workforce related jobs.
As I have just graduated not long ago, looking for a better job now.

These are just typical fresh grad or 1-2 years exp entry exec jobs with a fake title. For lower tier stat boards, most deg grad join as managers. For males with NS should be 3-3.5k depending on degree & exp, no NS $300 lower.
