No significant contributions - 2 months notice and OUT. (somebody in HQ got thrown under the bus lately)

If you do your work, no issues. usually ok.

Hi everyone, anyone had competed the SGUnited traineeship under the Statuary board? Will the host Organization hire you end of the day? Currently I left 2 more months to go. Kind of a worry

Every employee will be ranked. It's afterall called forced ranking. The lower MX grade will be ranked behind the MX higher grade, so effectively each grade fights for position amongst themselves. (i.e. MX11 vs MX11 and the highest MX12 will be ranked behind the lowest MX11).

first year will be graded "C" no need fight. automatically graded C.. unless you screw up big time...

I have heard that some officers who screwed up... SAR "D" still offered 2 years. so anyway... ACE ain't such a good place to be.

Its ironic that ACE being part of MOM, but they themselves cannot solve their own HR problems in the organisation.

My advice. steer clear away from ACE at all cost. unless you are deciding on whether to put food on the table, or to do something more dignified. I guess over the last 2 years. ACE has lost it's moral compass to take care of it's own officers on the ground.
