They have different tracks under each grad program, so unless you’re looking for a specific one? Probs some have an earlier recruitment so their offer also comes earlier.

Checked the pay seems like regardless of which track under the explorer it falls into the same range of 4-5k, exact pay differs accordingly to your experience and degree and while application.

You sound like you know so much then share bruh…
Realised you should be the same person who have been dissing and degrading others in this thread. Everyone else here are just helping one another, so if you can’t contribute or at the least respect and talk nicely, get out of this thread man.
I wonder are you also an applicant who maybe didn’t hear back hence being so salty? Or still jobless despite having grad?

Ahh, then in this case would Barclays Compliance Grad be better than the MA or grad programs from local or regional banks such as OCBC, DBS, UOB?
Better in terms of the prestige, branding, salary, and exit opportunities. Would appreciate anyone who has some info, please be respectful as this thread is just to help one another out.

A grad program offer from Barclays isn’t bad lah tbh. It’s a bulge as all knows so it alr has the standards and branding. Fun fact is that it is ranked #6 in Singapore’s Top Attractive Companies to work for.
