What’s the difference between the explorer grad program and the expert grad program since both are grad programs? Is the explorer considered bad or less prestigious?

Seems like they will only invest resources and training into the expert program since there two kinds right, of course they will pick the one with higher requirements.

Not too sure if the explorer program is good

Is compliance in bank considered good career? Heard can earn a lot also, not comparing IB la. But seems like compliance is better than retail banking or private banking.
