For GovTech I think it really depends on your team but I dare say the things I learnt from my team helped me get into a faang.

Was in a few agencies including GovTech but imo GT has a very different culture (a good one I suppose), and that's assuming OP's internship is not posted to the other agencies.

Not sure why, but I thought it might be because the people are generally younger.
