Hi there, I also got offered from Shopee as Software Eng. as fresh grad, joining mid 2021, I also got 72k + bonus without any rsu. Thus I assuming you also in the same boat as me? (without RSU)

I felt a bit confused with some fresh grad with the same position get rsu? some don't?

Did they told you rsu could/will be given after the performance review (which is in Dec-Jan)?

I would appreciate if anybody is in the same position as me or could answer my question.

Yep and Shopee is known for their crap hours even for functions like HR. Terrible place to work and they also employ a lot of incompetent foreigners.
