3500 has taken your 3 years of work experience into account.

What's the bonus structure at polys?

Apart from 13th month and performance bonus, do they give out any mid year / end year bonus which mirrors the civil service?

As for increment, is it usually around 200+ or 300+?

I'm currently at a ministry and looking to join one of the polys in a non-academic role.

13th month
performance bonus
mid year bonus (tied to civil service)
end year bonus (tied to civil service)

Increment - can be anything depending on your grade

This sounds very similar to civil service.

Would you be able to share the increment for an average performer in pax 4 / pax 5?

Is pb around 2 months for average performer?

For a pax 4 C, PB is between 2.75 & 3 months. This is higher than the CS because in 2008, when the Annual leave was reduced from 42 days to 21 days, the base PB was adjusted to be 1 month higher to compensate for this permanent leave reduction.

Oh, no wonder it's about 1 mth higher than C grade in mx11 (2 mths), which is supposed to be sort of equivalent to pax4.

Which are the poly designations which correspond to pax 4? Manager or senior manager or assistant director?

But the annual leave reduction was for lecturers. For non-academic officers, the annual leave has always been 21 days. And yet the non-academic officers are also given a higher PB?

From what I understand, those on the MSO scheme has the same PB base rate as the rest of CS. Not sure about the pax (E) scheme but I suspect that their PBB base rate is also teh same as the rest of CS...
