was offered $4.6k for a manager position in 1 of the polytechnics, roughly how much is the bonus for such a position? I was told 3-4 mths for average performer but was quite skeptical as my lecturer friend told me he was getting only 2 months bonus...
anyone knows the annual increment for an average performer also? ~6% ?
Thanks for the advice !

A manager has to be at least in PAX4. Impossible to be offered 4.6k. is it manager or management support officer?

It is a manager position, I have 2 years related private sector experience. I put my expected salary at $4600, are they under-cutting me because of this?

It is surprising that they give you manager title. perhaps you are a manager in a functional department e.g. finance HR etc. manager is quite big in poly schools actually.
