How much increment would he gets subsequently?

5% increment for B is quite standard for the past few years. Revise salary will be shown in pac@gov in 1st apr!

If 'B' and 'C' grade gets the same increment, then I dun see any diff in the grading.

if ur willing to wait, i can check out after my annual increment in jul / aug to see if there's rly a difference between B and C grade.
but as far as i know, the PB grading in march ONLY affects the amount of bonus u receive in march, not your annual increment.
B = 1.5 multiplier, C = 0.85 multiplier
gotten C for past 4 years. and B for march 2014. currently working in TSO (Technical Support Officer) scheme under Ministry of Home Affairs here.
TSO and MSO scheme almost the same, both are for dip holders.
