so anyone can help me with this? Cause if Private diploma is okay, then I'm going to apply for it instead of going for a poly diploma which is 2 and half years..

Not ministry, in stat board, from mso 5 to 4, I'm also trying to figure out how they do the calculation.

3% inclusive of promo and merit increment tgt? In ministry, the increment abt 200-300 depending on your performance grading and mso grade. I believe you have to check with HR.

Yes, 3% including promo n merit increment. The the amount for MI is less than $11.
