No, but YOE is still effective to be use to determined your salary.

of cos not. its the work potential and consistent performance that drives cep.

of course if u focus on your children, you cant expect to give 100pct to work right.

Thanks, agree with you. Just wanted to confirm that the fact of having children does not feature in the formula for calculating CEP.

I was told that I am a grade 3 out of 8. Does this mean I won’t get any bonus?
