It depends on the sub grade. MX11 and 11A, B is usually around 3.5 mth. 3.45 mth for B is probably cuz of a lower ranking among the Bs

Bro. I’m actually in the uniformed services. Those in the uniformed services have a higher quantum as our retirement age is 56. Our C grade is 2.25.

out of curiosity, are u able to extend e.g. on contract basis, to continue working past 56?

Bro. Short answer can. But we call it re-employment. Can be 1 year or up to 3 years. This is subject to internal criteria. Not everyone can be re-employed. In a nutshell, usually those kilat ones get.

To my knowledge, yes. There are accorded the same benefits but they are also required to undergo the mandatory annual IPPT and individual KPIs. The only thing they cannot get is promotion.

Technically, C is counted as GOOD. B is VERY GOOD. A=Excellent/Exceptional. Your boss said correctly but mostly how staff perceived as subpar grade. In fact, is a default grade, either we have not done any portfolio more than current one etc. Also, the quota assigned to higher grade might be used up and left behind the C/C+

Think anything above 2 is good

2022 - C+ (supposed to be default C due to promotion but my boss managed to fight for a C+)
2023 - B
2024 - B

Seems like you are from uniformed services Senior Officer. Based on the years, you should be on promotion listing this year or next year due to your outstanding good grades. HAHA. Also need your CEP to match along with your leadership and capabilities la.
