Depends on agency, the C grade will mean different [months of bonus]

(Number of days between start date - 31 dec 2023)/(Number of days between 1 Jan 2023 - 31 dec 2023) * [months of bonus]

MX12 c grade how much is the quantum? Heard there is a change from last year.

For me, i joined straight as MX12. I was drawing a mid-high MX12 salary.

I have a colleague who joined as MX13 as freshie, took ard 4 yrs to reach MX12
