It would depend on the job grade, and also ministries have some leeway to increase/decrease the quantum.

but typically for a junior officer in the MX12 payscale, C is around 1.5 months, C+ is around 2 months, B is around 2.5 months.

so does higher grade get more months with similar grade? like c 2mth, c+ 2.5, b 3?

in a way, because its harder to get better perf at higher grade

New CS here.. anyone can advice performance bonus is announced in Mar or Apr? Is there a fixed week from history? TIA

hello, new CS here who joined in July 2021. read in another thread that new CS will only receive merit increment 1 year after they have joined service (for me that would be July 2022). subsequently, these new CS will receive merit increment in March/April like the rest.

could i check whether this is accurate? thank you!
