NCS is not a place offering high pay, but I am still enjoying the 1+ yr period in NCS as the boss and team are good. Join NCS at mid 2019 ($5300 with 5+ years experience, P2, perm), get performance grade 3 at year 2020 (1.5mth prorated bonus for 9mth, no AWS, no pay increment), and leave NCS during the second half of 2020. There are training opportunities like Azure training and if the team is good, you can still enjoy work life balance (10am to 6pm + 2hr lunch break, though need to OT during deployment day, can claim taxi after 9pm, and heard some team need to OT almost everyday, but never confirm).
