Definitely. Everything is self learnt. No one really teaches you how to extract out every operation, you learn it yourself along the way

Easy place for project managers.
Tech is jialat there. Software people come and go.

Clueless. Lost of domain knowledge.
Worst cause their managers are not software people.

Don't know how to run a a software team

Well, it's quite a profitable field. Most companies, no matter if they're huge or small, use apps for business. The fact is, it's kinda hard to find a good developer that will meet all your requirements. Maybe that's why the salary is so high. Cause the profit doesn't come from software.
It's from those maintenance. Aircraft repair. Ship repair. Tank repair. Mrt. Bus. Those kind.

Not purely software
