Currently considering 2 LOA offers - 1 from a top tier oil trading firm, another one from a
bank in BB in equities S&T.
Anyone has info on commodities and how well it pays down the line? How about S&T specifically for equities?

Firms like glencore can pay just as well as BB even at junior level, but is very bonus heavy and base wont be as much. S&T for equities is dying, but S&T at BB should open more doors in the future unless you're dead set on commods already.
