If don't have mid year, end year and AWS component then the bonus quantum needs to be higher to account for those.

these quantums are almost certainly dependent on grade. The higher your grade, the higher the number of months. Eg maybe junior level C is 1.7 months, mid level will be 2.5 months or something like that. and this differs across different schemes.
What you're asking for is essentially a table (one axis job grade, the other axis is the perf grade, then each cell is the number of months). only HR will have the full picture. But as a rule of thumb its anything between 1-4 months.

I feel good academic results will definitely help, but more importantly, need to show you have passion and technical knowledge. Build your resume with internships and projects to showcase your passion and skills. Of cuz, ideally best to be technically capable as well since round 3 they asked me some pretty technical questions related to my skills

Bulk majority admitted have FCH credentials. A number are valedictorians of their cohorts.
TAP is v competitive, with around 2,000 applicants, but only have less than 12 slots. The rest of TAPs quota are filled up by transfer scholars (President/ PSC/Smart Nation Scholars)

You can skip the technical assessment part if you intern b4 and your supervisor is willing to vouch for your ability
