Hi, I have already graduated but I applied for the TAP interview for 2022's intake. Does anyone know if that means work will only start next year if an offer is extended, or if that means work can begin soon after accepting an offer?

Just did the test from HackerEarth, really demoralizing. 3 questions for 3 hours. Maybe I was transitioning from Project Management trying to be SWE, that's why it was challenging for me. Sure will kena rejected for the next round of face to face
